About Café Despina

Café Despina is a day dream of mine.  Someday it might be more than that, but right now this is a place for me to brainstorm and collect all my ideas about this imaginary coffeehouse/bakery/boutique.  It is named after the maid in Mozart/Da Ponte’s opera Così fan tutte.
